The team at CTWLA consists of people that have more than 25 years of experience in
Education and have specialized knowledge and skills required by Training Providers to
become accredited by a Quality Assurance body as well as specialist understanding the
implementation process of Skills development up to certification of learners.
We also have specialists in Web Designing, Labour Relations as well as registered
constituent Assessors and Moderators.
Cape Town Workbased Learning Academy(CTWLA) would like to be part of Skills Training
Sector, by being an active role player to enable our youth to become employable with the
necessary skills which the industry need.
CTWLA would like to be a major role player in delivering cutting edge training to address the
scarce and critical skills of our country.
